I agree, there are a number of places in reports where I would love the option of changing wording – some reports seem to have the feature for some wording and not for others, and other reports don’t even have the feature for the same wording. (Descendant Reports for instance – one type has option to change wording re number of children – I can change it to Known children of ……, yet another descendant report type doesn’t give the same option.)
However, the other option I mentioned is still an option – create an RTF report and do a search ‘was also known as – and replace each instance with something more appropriate. Unfortunately it would be a bit difficult to do a search and replace because you would probably have to also change the sentence structure. But at least ‘search’ will find all instances quickly.
