As this is getting off-topic, I'm not going to respond directly to Joseph here (as it's a long story), but, Joseph, you haven't quite grasped the details of the politics, geography, Etc., of the United Kingdom or the British Isles. Don't worry about not getting it though, it is quite complicated.
