What choices were chosen for the merge on the Special Duplicates Searches page? If what you typed in exactly is ' 2103' and ' 2103' they are not the same (extra space). Which of the three on SDS are you choosing, and also on the Normal Duplicate Search under the 'Take into account' are any choices ticked?
