those reports translate from language A to language B already without
extra files?

The Multiple Lines of Descent Book is not a report for which you can
change the language at this time. You can, however, change the report
language for the Family Group Record, Descendant Chart, Pedigree Chart,
Individual Report, Timeline, Ancestor Chart, Lineage Chart, Calendar,
File ID Report, To-do List Report, and Relationship Diagram. Sorry for
the inconvenience.

I am trying to do a Multiple Lines of Descent report and I would like to
change the language from English to French, however, I do not seem to be
able to do this - I have tried the Help but it does not look like all of
the reports offer that possibility.
