I get room for the name, birth, christened, died, and buried fields;
five fields for every child. We must have something different.

of box. The select <include> and part way down the left column is 'include
extra blank children', you can choose how many you want.
Note when I just tried this the preview only showed death and burial slots
for the extra children this may be a bug. See what you get??
