I have my LUG messages sent to a separate folder and sorted by conversation. When I see a bunch of messages grouped under one complaint type heading I can select them all and delete with one fell swoop of the delete key. No Fuss No Muss No Bother.
P.S. - I found this VERY useful bit of freeware on JL's website- Transcript - http://www.jacobboerema.nl/en/Freeware.htm It allows you to open and image file and transcribe it in a window just under the image. Best thing since Legacy J I am happily transcribing all those scanned documents that I have been sent or that I scanned to keep track of before I have to start Learning differences in software.
