For right now there is the option of using the old format or using the sourcewriter for your sources. There is not a source conversion option available right now.
Just think... there are probably as many ways sources are entered as there are users of Legacy.... not sure how they would be able to create a user friendly conversion tool that would work for everyone or at least most. Heck I know I don't even have all of my sources standardized I can't image trying to write something that would work for a huge user base.
