Both the site work perfectly fine from FF3 and IE7. The reason it does
not seem to work is that there seems to be a missing file. On this
thread, there was a message stating that it is a missing DLL. I will
uninstall and reinstall and see if there is any diff.

I have IE7.* on my m/c, but it is not my default browser (FFX3.* is).
I switched to IE7 as default and still got the same error.Can anyone
throw light on what the problem may be? Legacy has been of very
little help so far.
