Hi Jenny, After getting your first response I double checked all the options for the Individual Report, and I can't see the option to use and / or remove quoted names. Where do you see it?

Your example was "Individual Record of Janet Kay "Jan" SULLIVAN " and what I was looking at was the top of an Individual Report which read "Individual Report for Jennifer Margaret Dodd" although my name is actually entered in Legacy as Jennifer Margaret "Jenny" Dodd. I've just looked at a few other Reports and Charts and none of them have shown the quoted name yet so I'm not sure exactly where you are seeing it. -- Jenny M Benson *** Holiday discounts on Legacy 7.0, add-ons, books, and more.
