Ron,

Not all date fields in the SourceWriter templates use the date validation and formatting routines used to convert dates to the Date Options Format. Some will accept whatever you enter. You can tell, when you leave the field if the date options are implemented, If the date options/validation are used then the date in the field will immediately change to the Date format you have defined in Options. If the date does not change format it is one of those date fields which accept the user's input "as is".
