I had the same problem a while back, and this is the reply I received (it's probably in the Legacy archives):

Try using the Books/Other>Publishing Center>Pedigree Chart. Once in the Pedigree chart dialog, go to the Options tab and select page setup and you should be good to go.

I just checked this out and noticed that with Landscape in Preview (I didn't try printing anything) several of the lines in the 2nd and 3rd generations were overprinting, even with only 4 generations to a page. That was with quite a lot of date/place options selected, so if you want to print in landscape you probably need to be careful about how much information you include and how many generations to the page.
