Thank you, I missed that the LUG option was not checked.  I see that they have 
also now made it so that you have to confirm your subscription.   This will 
help to eliminate the folks who claim that they never subscribed to the list.  
It will also prevent someone subscribing/unsubscribing someone else.

I've reported this before because the LUG option is *not* selected by
default, the other two options are selected by default.

So after filling in your e-mail address you have to select the radio
button for the Legacy User Group *and* select the unsubscribe option
before you hit Send Request.
