There is a report available from the Master source List that can show
you if the same source is assigned more than once to a single
even/tfact for a person.

Got to View > Master Lists > source
Click on Options and select Print from the menu
Set up the report to Print Master Sources and all citations to each one.
Select to include specific events
If you see the same event/fact listed multiple times for anyone then
you have that master source assigned more than once to the same
event/fact.
