The add-on programs are created by other developers. There is already an iPhone genealogy app called FamViewer http://www.astersoftware.biz/
It's not a direct import but you need to make a gedcom. Contact the developer to see if he's interested in adding the ability to import Legacy files directly like Pocket Genealogist and GedStar - he can contact our programmers if he is.
