Same problem also notice here…after several hours of running. Work around is
the same. I thought this had already been reported but not sure. Not really
earth-shattering as it happens so infrequent and the programming fix is
probably not an urgent one.

Hi TT,

First, welcome to Legacy!

I have noticed the same thing you report about the Spellchecker - But this
appears to be only an occasional hiccup.

In my experience If I am working in Legacy a couple hours or so (not sure of
the exact time frame) and then try Spellchecker, as you say "it just doesn't
know any words."

The work-around that will fix this problem * temporarily * is to Exit out of
Legacy, then re-open Legacy and do the spell checking. Spellchecker then works
great - until you have continued working in Legacy for a while, and again, to
use the spell checker, you need to close Legacy and re-open ...

I will report this as a * Bug * to the programmers so they can take a look at
it.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Need help with spell checker

I've been playing with Legacy 7.0, liked what I'd done up to this past weekend,
so bought the unlock code. Discovered a few days ago that the spell checker is
messed up fro some reason, and sent an issue in. Just crickets so far, so
maybe you guys can help me out. I was entering info. into a marriage Source
Detail in both the actual text and comment textareas. There's a spell check
button in both cases. However, when I click the button to spell check,
everything runs as expected but the application doesn't seem to know more that
a very few words. Any ideas? The tech support page shows a few spell checker
not working problems, but in this case it works it just doesn't know any words.
