I have had similar problems in the past.While looking at the first marriage;
write on a piece of paper, put John and Welthy's RINs and MRINS. Do the same
thing for the second Marriage.
If you have exactly 2 RINs (one for each) then see which children are in
marriage 1 and which are in marriage 2. You have two marriages for one couple
with the children split. You may need to 'change the View'. Right click on any
one of the children. A drop down menu starting with Edit; Add brother; etc. Go
down to View. A drop down should show with five choices. uncheck the 'show 1/2
kids'. Now children are seen under the marriage the computer things they belong
to. Decide which marriage will be the only correct one, then write down the
RINs to be moved to the other ( I forget too easily), next remove each from the
'wrong one' one at a time, then add them to the 'correct' one.
If you have more than 1 for either, then the first step is to merge the two
copies of the same person into one (using backups before starting). When first
learning Merging I would do it two or three times (restoring to return to the
start) until I was positive that I had FIXED the error. You may need to do two
operations. Do the Merges first, then if some kids are missing or too many
marriages, do the first.
I didn't recognize your problem originally as being the above situation.
Good luck. I think this should do it.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Showing wife twice on charts....

Second post: I did the following

unlinked John from his wife Wealthy - kids stayed with Wealthy
ran chart- has only one marriage to each other. Should not shown as married.

unlinked Weathly from "unknown" husband- kids stayed with unknown
ran chart - no marriage shown

Linked Wealthy to John
  ran chart- SHOWS TWO WIVES!!!

Linked children back to couple so I would not forget to do later.

Please - I really need to get this corrected, as I need to print the chart for
the national park service.  John and Wealthy are married to each other only
once - only spouse either had. What else can I do to fix?

Thank you
