I'm rather confused by your post. First of all you say "Descendant tab report" - I presume you mean the Descendant View. You refer to the ability to customise the columns but then mention e-mail addresses and there is no option to include e-mail addresses. Then you ask if it's possible to print the revised display. Well, there's a Print button right above the Options button! But as I say, it won't print email addresses because they won't be there. There is an option to print e-mail addresses in the Report Menu. Under Books and Other select Address Labels, under Who to Print select Mailing Addresses, under What to Print select Name and E-mail address (or whatever you want) and under Custom Size select Print in a report format (not on label sheets.) There are some other options you can select from.
