Having just re-subscribed again after being dropped from the list for no apparent reason, I have been reviewing the recent message archives. Two excellent items have come out of my research. Firstly Drop Box has at last sorted all my genealogy and other backup issues at a stroke, so thank you to whoever posted about that. The second is the App for the Ipod Touch (or Iphone) called GenViewer. I used to carry around with me a PDA with pocket genealogist, it was OK but cumbersome to use. This app was installed within minutes at a cost of 2.99 euros, I uploaded my gedcom and was amazed at the functionality of it. It utilizes google maps for all places just like Legacy and Bing, has pedigree view, decendant view and even family group sheets. WOW! Thanks to Steve for posting, what a find. Cheers Norm in Spain
