Mother rel and Father rel are where you assign sources showing that the person is related to their Mother or Father. So for instance, if a will for John Brown says "and to my son Jonathon Brown I leave the house....." then I would source the will in Jonathon Brown's records for Father Rel.
The Marr: Flo Williams would be where you assign sources to show that this person was married to their spouse. The Did Not Marry source would be where you would assign sources to show that person didn't marry, the Had no children would be where you would assign sources that the person never had children (ie, died without children) - it doesn't apply in this case - but it is still a field in the records. The Marriage Notes is sources for anything you mention in the Marriage notes (there is also a regular notes source.)
