Mary Don't get confused between two different packages. Legacy Charting Companion is a separate package that can be bought via the Legacy web site or direct from Progeny Software. Legacy Charting is a separate program but directly linked to, and included with, Legacy deluxe.

It says it is restricted to 4 Generations in the free mode. I have tried to generate a chart on myself but only parents and grand parents come up. Either the settings are wrong (default) or it is part of the restrictions. In the meantime I will continue to enter data as I get it.
