Trim your posts! Remove the footers that the email list program puts at the end - you know with all the links? They're going to show up again anyway. Remove any part of the message that you're not specifically replying to. Refrain from using HTML in your email - there's a link in the Guidelines on how to turn it off, if you don't already know.
