I think it is caused when you click on eg. the "+" in the events (eg
standard events for birth, bapt, died, burial and custom events) which
opens the event address window, without entering any data.

View | Master Lists | Address Lists | Event

Find "n/a"

Show List
For each person, Edit
In the event address window, click on unlink.
