Brian,

I reported this back in August (see ticket 1E4-1211B096-9321).  It doesn't make 
any difference whether the "Keep embedded formatting codes" box is checked or 
not.  Some of the templates in which this occurs include:

Most (if not all) census templates (definitely 1810, 1820, 1850, 1860 and 1900 
US federal census, online images).

Cemetery records>...compiled records> database online

Internet> Website, generic

Internet> Database & images

Add a generic source here> Online database

Internet> Message boards

(Books> ...basic format is the only one that this seems not to happen with that 
I've found so far).
