Hi Dave, I have just been having this problem with the same messages as you. I have networking between two computers and found that sharing Legacy between the two was not turned on, not sure why, but once I re enabled the sharing, the problem disappeared. May not be the same problem, just a thought! Ron

Despite repeated uninstall/reinstall while my Norton Internet Security is disabled (advice from Legacy) the problem is still not fixed. I have removed any unusual programs, and nothing has been added since Legacy last worked correctly. I have switched printers using the Control Panel. On the Legacy Users archives, only one other similar problem, but this appears to have fixed itself. The message implies I need to define a printer for use with Windows. Can someone explain how to do this?
