Luis, There a 2 ways.
1. Export to a gedcom file only the partners involved (eg. tag the 2 records involved and export these tagged ecords). Change the sex on the gedcom file of one of the partners (using a text editor) then import this gedcom file back into your legacy file so that you have a same sex marriage.
