Are the instructions below for Access users only? Why do so many answers
point to Access? I do not have Access, don't anticipate buying or using
Access, so some answers are unusable for me. Or is it an LTool instruction?

SELECT tblIR.IDIR AS RIN, tblIR.Prefix, tblIR.GivenName, tblIR.Surname,
tblIR.Title FROM tblSX INNER JOIN tblIR ON tblSX.IDIME = tblIR.IDIR
WHERE tblSX.Type=0

or

UPDATE tblSX INNER JOIN tblIR ON tblSX.IDIME = tblIR.IDIR SET tblIR.Tag1
= 1 WHERE tblSX.Type=0
