I asked "How did you turn that on?" Helen replied "Options, Customize, Show Popup ToolTips (right side of window near the top)"
Ah, then that's not what I thought you were talking about. This is the little popup box that tells you what an icon, etc, is for when you hover the cursor over it. I thought we were talking about hints that appear when the program was started up - didn't we used to have that feature, or am I thinking of something else?
