Thanks, Brian, that did exactly what I needed. It ended up being almost 600
pages and I printed it out to a pdf file but all my images are identified
along with the individuals and their RIN's.

Nancy,

There is no way to get a list of who/what is assigned to a specific
photo but you can print a list of the photos/multimedia files and where
they are linked.

Go to View > Scrapbook
On the scrapbook screen, since you say the photo you are interested in
is linked to source details clear all the options except for source
citation details
Click on Print Multimedia List
On the next screen select Include description of what photo is linked to.
Preview
You can scan the report to find the photo you want and it will show who
uses the photo and what it is linked to for them.
