Source Detail is added after the Master Source has been attached to an Individual, so you need to go to the Individual in order to access the Source Detail and amend it. Probably the best way is to open the Master Source List, select the Master Source for which you need to alter the Detail, click on Show List then select an Individual and click on Edit Individual. From their you can access that person's Assigned Sources page and edit as necessary. Then return to the List and select the next Individual.
