I thought I had sent this question, but do not see it in the discussion, so I am sending a separate message, rather than a reply.
Jane S. It is indeed selected from the Miscellaneous Reports > To Do section of the Reports screen. On the "Record Selection" tab I selected "Tasks with specific repositories" and browsed to the proper repository. No matter which repository I choose, the report is blank. I can access the list of to do's and it is not blank. However, the report preview of To Do's from the report menu, is blank.
