Not sure what you mean. If C:\Legacy\Pictures\ is set up as your default pictures location, then that should be where Legacy starts looking. But, when attaching a picture, you are free to navigate to another location to locate the picture and Legacy will happily attach the picture from that folder. >I'd like to change directory locations but first would like to confirm >something. You can do all this. You will want to change your default picture location *AND* all other picture locations (Options|Customize|Locations|View Current List of Multimedia Locations|Change) if needed. If you miss something, Legacy will prompt you for the missing path the next time you try to access the picture. -- Dennis Kowallek (LTools) http://zippersoftware.com/ltools http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ltools Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
