Not sure what you mean. If C:\Legacy\Pictures\ is set up as your default
pictures location, then that should be where Legacy starts looking. But,
when attaching a picture, you are free to navigate to another location
to locate the picture and Legacy will happily attach the picture from
that folder.

You can do all this. You will want to change your default picture
location *AND* all other picture locations
(Options|Customize|Locations|View Current List of Multimedia
Locations|Change) if needed. If you miss something, Legacy will prompt
you for the missing path the next time you try to access the picture.
