Hi Peter,

Apparently Dennis is away from his computer today. In ltools under
options select "View MyUpdateQuerys.csv" Copy the 2 querys below and
paste in View MyUpdateQuerys.csv, Save.

"Marriages - Clear Marriage Tag","UPDATE tblMR SET
tblMR.Tag{TagNumber} = 0 WHERE ((tblMR.IDMR <> 0) AND
(tblMR.Tag{TagNumber} = 1))"

"Marriages - Tag Marriages w/o Marriage date","UPDATE tblMR SET
tblMR.Tag{TagNumber} = 1 WHERE ((tblMR.MarSD) = -99999999) and
((tblMR.IDMR) <> 0)"

Under options select "View MySelectQuerys.csv", copy and paste in the
query below:
"Marriages - Display Tagged marriages","SELECT tblMR.IDMR, tblMR.MarD,
tblMR.HusbSurname, tblMR.HusbGivenName, tblMR.WifeSurname,
tblMR.WifeGivenName, tblMR.Tag{TagNumber} FROM tblMR WHERE
(((tblMR.Tag{TagNumber})=1))"

Good luck
