Jeff, 1. The settings are in the .usr files. You can copy those over. The settings in Options > Customize are in the Legacy.usr file.
2. Yes, but you may need to relink the pictures if they're in documents folders because the ultimate path is different on the new computer. You'll see "question mark" icons in place of the thumbnails. Just click on one of those and let Legacy search for the pictures. A good reason to keep multimedia files under the appropriate sub-folders in Legacy......
