Marilyn,

You are largely approaching the question in the way in which I would tackle
it, if I wished only to use Legacy to produce the reports. In fact for
reports I add the pictures individually, except pictures of a specific
person, using Open Office, and for webpages I code them directly into the
page.

The suggestion which I would make is to consider using the Marriage Events
for a picture of Husband and Wife, and I would also consider using these
Events for a Family Goup. For adding names you may like to consider using
fototagger from: http://www.fototagger.com/ which is free. Do no forget to
avoid using spaces in file names as these can cause problems (and usually
do) on the web, and with some programs.
