Jeff, I do not know Win7, but the important question which you do not answer is: does the file exist on your PC? It seems to me that you are asked if you wish to create a *new* file, you answer yes, and are provided with the tools so to do. What Legacy is saying is that the file isn't there, or it cannor read it.
