Thank you Jenny, your reply makes perfect sense to me. I am not familiar
with Fraktur's myself, that's why I asked the question. The certificate was
certainly completed by the Minister who performed the marriage ceremony as
his signature is affixed.

Where you *found* it is not the point, I would suggest.  What is important
is where or by whom the document was created.  If it was drawn up or "filled
in" by a Church official, with information copied from Church records then
it is a Church Record in my book.  If it originated from a Registrar or
other civic official then it's a Civil document.

As it is a document which is privately held by someone it is obviously
"Basic format" rather than filmed or online.

I have never come across a Fraktur myself so I don't know who would issue
such a document, but have you looked at the Fraktur template and decided
whether or not there seem to be fields which relate to the document you have
(or have seen?)  Likewise, look at the output if you use Artifact and see
where one seems most appropriate or which resulting Citation you prefer.
