I realize that is why the programmers want to install to C:\Legacy
instead of the normal installation path, but that is just a programming
trick to avoid adjusting the program to be truly Vista/Windows 7
compatible.  ;-)

As one W 7 guru wrote:

Translation: the present Legacy 7 "can" be made to run successfully in W
7 but is not truly Vista/Windows 7 compatible.
