Since this has nothing to do with Legacy and is a matter of the operating
system’s permission, I have responded directly to Emil offline.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Problem with gedcoms

I created a gedcom ( gedcom 5.5 and legacy fdb) in Legacy 7 deluxe edition and
put it on a disc to send to a relative. I tried to open it first on another
computer. I also downloaded legacy 7 on the disc, I installed legacy 7 on the
computer and tried to open it but the message came up saying I do not have
permission to access file, ask administrator for permission. What can I do?
