As Gene said, on the rhs of the 'Legacy Home' tab is a panel labelled 'Updates'. The label is actually a button as you will discover if you hover your mouse over the word. It changes colour! Click on it and a 'Check For Legacy Update' box will open. From here, if the 'Updates' panel does not say that there is a new version available, you can query the web site to see. Also, there is a link labelled as 'See Whats New'.
