All of them have gone blank. I also had it "add" a field to my note: Cause of Death - and that started appearing with the notes field box below it - that appeared in every case as I opened the notes.
Now - that has gone away and only the blank field remains. Meanwhile the notes icon is still active - instead of the blank grey page - indicating that Legacy senses there are notes somewhere.
