Sometimes unlinking and relinking can be minimized by changing the old data to 
that for the new person and adding back the old as the new entry.  It depends 
on how may links there are and to whom.  Richard is right though. Draw it out 
on paper first. Think through the sequence of changes, that's often confusing 
and difficult to repair if done incorrectly.  Also, make a backup first!
