Tony, I agree that you should have one master source for all birth certificates issued by one state, county or whatever juristiction. To find all references to an individual certificate which have an attached multimedia (picture) you could temporarily rename that "picture" to "xpicture". Then Options> Customize> Locations> Test All Multimedia Paths. This will produce a report telling you what you need. Be sure to rename the Picture.
