Having created your Search List, click on Print... and then on the *Row 1 tab click on Customise. For any field you want to change, click on the button with three dots on. Select the Field you want, then move on to the next three-dot button and so on until you have selected all the Address fields (and any others) you want. You might want to spread each person's details over 2 lines, in which case do as above, then click on the *Row 2 tab, make sure Include Row 2 on the report is checked, then click Select Fields for Row 2 and select as before. Note to others: this works for all sorts of information you might want to print, not just Addresses. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
