I think that's what happened. I only had to unsubscribe a few times because the first Google email account wouldn't work. It probably got blocked because I did unsubscribe with it a few times because I didn't have time for genealogy or Legacy and wanted to drop off the list for a short while.
I have Verizon and I wouldn't be surprised if they were the problem. I had to get Legacy support to subscribe for me.
