Glad to know I am not missing something, but too bad there hasn't been a 
response to your report.  Even if I could find a way around it, I would be 
happy, but for now, it really limits what I can do.  Too bad really.

I have had the same problem reported. Received an fault number
188-12E99189-9FE7 from LEGACY as reference number. To date I have either missed 
or not received
any feedback at all. GIEL
