Jane,

When the program locks up, press the Alt key to see if an error bock pops up.  
If it does on our website, go to the Help Center menu and select Technical 
Support for solutions to the most common error numbers and messages.

If no message pops up, try uninstalling and reinstalling Legacy with the latest 
build from our website.

If that still doesn't help, please contact us at [email protected] 
along with the build number you have installed, the version of Windows you're 
using, what you're doing when Legacy freezes up - is it repeatable every time? 
- and what you've already tried to restore the program.

I have recently had problems with Legacy locking up, primarily when I am 
working in the "Index" view, I think. Has anyone else had this problem? I have 
to "end task" and restart, and that gets cumbersome.
