I have set up an Event entitled "Miscellaneous Notes" which does **not** have any Date, Description or Place fields. It contains **only** Notes and Sources.
I can then place as a "Miscellaneous Notes" an odd bit of information which does not lend itself to any of the other regular events and I can also add a source citation specific to it. A family story could be placed under this Event without any extraneous sentence structure dictated by the software program. My use of this event is not frequent but once in a while I find its use necessary. ----- Original Message ----- From: "James Cook" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, March 10, 2010 9:05 AM Subject: [LegacyUG] Where to put life stories? > I'm talking about the tidbits of information handed down in legends, > sent in emails, or flow out of interviews?
