Cheryl, I doesn't help you, but mine is working fine, both refresh and reformat. It probably doesn't make any difference to finding the answer, but you do not say what versions of Legacy and Legacy Charting you are using. What have you tried to overcome the problem, it might just be one of those which goes away after leaving both programs for a short while, and then re opening them.
