I just filled All ID fields with "Test" (and RIN) in Options > Customize > Other tab and after opening the Individual Information form for Asa Clark Brown (Sample file) the ID has "Text1" but after clicking Save and reopening the Individual Information form the ID is changed to "TEXT1" this seems to be a bug.
