I went to Reports>All Reports>Miscellaneous Reports>To-Do Items>
(Tab#1-Record Selection)Radio buttons Tasks tied to Indiv.=selected/All 
Indiv=selected, **START EACH TASK OR REPOSITORY ON A NEW PAGE/DON'T SPLIT A 
TASK OVER A PAGE BREAK both=UNchecked** >
(Tab#2-What to Include)Include header box=checked/Repeat info for each To-Do 
item=unchecked/Birth, Death boxes=checked ; nothing checked in Report 
Body;Include RINs=checked>
(Tab#3-Filter Options)All categories/All localities=both selected; Status=Open; 
All types=checked; All Priority=checked; All Tagged & Untagged=checked>
(Tab#4-Sort Order)=Category/Priority/TaskName=selected.

Destination=Screen/Printer. Click on "Preview" and I get a separate page for 
each Individual. The results of Print Preview invariably open up mid-file (on 
page 22 of 54), with several Blank Source Citations pages interspersed. The 
results are in RIN order.

I want a very simple listing of to-do's to print out, and having each 
Individual on a separate page is unacceptable. What am I doing wrong?

I was using Deluxe v.7.0.0.109 build date 1 Sep 2009; updated to v. 7.4.0.19 
build date 12 Mar 2010 today, still the same results.

Thanks for any help you can give. I searched the archives to no avail.
